To maintain customer independence, The Cliffs is equipped with state-of-the-art Telecare technology, provided through our HomeCall
Independent Living Service.
We want our customers to be able to remain as independent as possible and benefit from a safe and secure living environment.
In addition to your planned care and support, if you find yourself in an emergency situation, for example you have fallen in your home, your Telecare equipment can instantly notify HomeCall there is a problem and a rapid response will be provided to you.
The equipment brings assistance at the touch of a button, providing you and your family with reassurance and peace of mind. Instructions on how to use the equipment will be provided as part of your induction to your home.
